Put entrance and exit on specific floors?

Is there a way to put the entrance and exit on specific floors? For example, entrance on bottom floor, exit on top floor.. or entrance on top floor, exit on bottom floor.

Not yet; right now it will put the entrance on the bottom floor and the exit on the top floor. In next version you will be able to specify where you want to generate them.
